Interiors, Exteriors & Fit-Out Planning
Shape the way your space looks, feels and works. ZNJ accepts enquiries for residential and commercial interior design, exterior styling and fit-out planning, with each project scoped around your property, location, priorities and budget.
Interior design and space styling
Discuss layouts, visual concepts, colour palettes, finishes, lighting, furniture and decorative details for homes, offices, retail spaces and hospitality projects. Share your existing plans, photographs and references so we can define the design brief and required deliverables.
Exterior design and outdoor spaces
Explore an exterior concept for entrances, façades, outdoor seating and other agreed spaces. We consider the intended use, existing site, visual identity, materials and maintenance preferences when discussing the scope.
Fit-out planning and coordination
Bring the design brief, finish selections, supplier requirements and delivery schedule together. Design development, procurement support, contractor coordination and on-site work are included only where agreed for your project. Site information, surveys, specialist input, permissions and responsibilities are confirmed before implementation.
Event décor and shoot styling
For temporary spaces, stages, backdrops, indoor or outdoor event décor and shoot sets, explore our event production and stage décor support. Property design and temporary event styling are scoped separately, so the brief and delivery plan fit the work you need.
From your brief to a practical scope
Start with the country and city, property type, approximate area, photographs or plans, style references, preferred dates and budget. Tell us whether you need a concept, detailed design deliverables, fit-out coordination or a combination.
Concept discussions and agreed digital deliverables can be arranged remotely. Surveys, site visits, procurement and implementation depend on location, dates, resources and a written scope. Any specialist design, approvals and third-party costs are identified in the quotation.
